How to purchase Membership:

Renewals

Renewing Members should login and then select 'Membership Renewal' from the Membership menu. If you have forgotten or not set a password to log in please click here. The Membership status (Adult, Senior etc) will be worked out from your registered date of birth but please contact the Membership & Ticketing Office if the listed price is incorrect.

New Memberships

If you are new to Essex Cricket and have not purchased tickets or Membership before you can register online. Once logged in select the 2021 Membership product. You can purchase multiple Memberships at one time by using ‘Friends & Family’ (see below). Your Membership category (Adult, Senior, Young Adult etc) will be worked out depending on your date of birth once you are logged in.

NB You cannot purchase online using Direct Debit. If you wish to pay by DD please fill in the application form or contact the Membership & Ticketing Office.

How to purchase tickets:

You have two options to select your seats either

Choose your own seat(s) - this option will load a live seating plan and allow you to select your exact area and seating location as well as giving an indication of the view from your area. Please note to access the live seating plan you may need to download the latest version of flash player. The live seating plan may not display on mobile devices depending on screen size.

Best Available - simply choose your stand and preferred area and we will choose the best available seats.

Once you have selected your tickets you will need to log in to identify yourself to the system. If you are already registered, and have used this service before, please log in. Don't worry if you have forgotten your password; just follow the onscreen instructions. Fans that have never purchased tickets from Essex Cricket before please click the Register button and enter your details. If you have purchased tickets from Essex Cricket before, but not via this online service, please contact us to receive your unique customer number and password.

Once logged in you will be able to indicate any juniors that are being purchased for.

When complete you will proceed to the checkout where you will need to enter your payment card details. Please do not press back or refresh during this process.

When your sale is complete the confirmation page will be displayed and an email sent to you confirming your purchase and the ticket delivery/collection process - please keep this for records.

Friends & Family

What is ‘Friends & Family’?

This is a way of allocating tickets or Memberships to other customers within one transaction. If you are looking to renew your Membership and that of two children for example, if set up with ‘Friends & Family’ you can do this under your own log in.

How to set it up?

Once logged in you can add ‘Friends & Family´ to your account either via ‘My Account’ and selecting ‘Friends & Family’ or in the basket stage by using the drop down boxes.

You will need the customer’s surname, number and Post Code and you have two options, either to ‘Add customer to my friends and family´(allowing you to purchase tickets/Membership for them) or ‘Add me to their friends and family’ (allowing them to purchase tickets for you).

You can also set up ‘Friends & Family’ relationships when setting up accounts.

Frequently Asked Questions:

I am having trouble logging in, what do I do?

If you are already registered for the online service and you are having trouble logging in, try the following:

  • Check whether Caps Lock is activated on your keyboard as passwords are case sensitive.
  • Ensure you have not accidentally added additional spaces when entering your password.
  • Make sure you are entering the correct customer number.

I am having trouble registering, what do I do?

If you have completed an online registration and your registration has not been successful this usually means that your details already exist on our system. The system will not allow duplicate records. Please contact the Ticket Office on [email protected] 01245 254010 during office hours.

I have purchased tickets from Essex Cricket previously, how do I register for online ticket sales?

If you have purchased tickets from Essex Cricket previously, then you have probably already been assigned a Account Number. To use the online ticket service simply contact the Membership & Ticketing Office on [email protected] or 01245 254010 where one of our team will be able to confirm your details and activate your customer number for online ticket sales.

What are cookies and must they be enabled in my web browser?

Cookies are used to store coded pieces of information that are then used to track the details of your purchase during the sales process. No personal information is contained within them.

How do I know my transactions are secure?

All transactions change to 'secure mode' as you log in. You can identify this by the padlock appearing in the lower edge of your browser. This is your assurance that no one can intercept your details and that you can change your personal information and make purchases via the online ticket system with confidence.
